Get started

1. In Required Setup, enable the number-reporting entry and the caller identification extension.
2. In Phone → Recents, swipe left and choose Report to label a number.
3. Return to CallerIndex to review recent reports. Synchronize the system number list in the app when you want iOS to show labels or block selected numbers.

When reporting an issue

Include your iOS version, CallerIndex version, time of the issue, page name, and a screenshot without private phone numbers. Do not email a complete address book, account secret, or recovery code.

Data requests

Use Privacy & Data in the app first to export or delete data and revoke devices. If you cannot open the app, contact us at the address above.
